The Town of Little Elm is planning a development of a 30,000-square-foot indoor waterpark attached to the existing Little Elm Recreation Center. Unlike other recreation centers in the area, this one will offer more waterpark features and attractions and will be open to visitors year-round. The nearest comparable waterpark is Epic Waters. Amenities will include an Activity/Lap Pool Combo, Children’s Area with zero-depth entry, Spray Pad, Cannons, Slides, Paly Structure and Tipping Bucket, a small Lazy River and a Surfing Attraction. There will be Cabanas for rent, food kiosks, and Birthday Party Rooms. Construction is expected to begin in late 2019.

Palladium Phase 2
The Palladium Little Elm development highlights a commercial/retail building consisting of 6,000 square feet at the corner of Main Street and Eldorado Parkway. The two-story building is designed to host retail and a restaurant to join Hula Hut, Towers Tap House, and Hydrous in the rapidly growing Lakefront area of Little Elm. Palladium Little Elm will also consist of a 242-unit urban living community located on the remaining seven acres of the site. Palladium communities are developed to be luxurious and amenity-rich, designed with a resort-style feel. Capital One Remodel
The Capital One building at Eldorado Parkway and FM 423 is getting a remodel! The developer will be redesigning the building to include a new 6,900 square foot retail space that includes a restaurant.
Main Marketplace is a hot spot at FM 423 and King Road. Its home to Flix Brewhouse and continues to expand with additional buildings within the development for retail and restaurant spaces. Current retail includes Texas Family Fitness, Scooter’s Coffee, Diesel Barbershop, Bruseter’s Ice Cream, Godfather’s Pizza, The Bar Method, Parklane Dentist, Glo Nails, Clean Juice and India Bazsar.
Little Elm Marketplace Retail and Office Park
This development is located at Little Elm Parkway and Eldorado Parkway. It will include two retail buildings on the corner and 14 office buildings for purchase or lease. In addition, Banfield Pet Hospital is expected to begin construction on the lot in front of Kroger.
Little Elm’s first gymnastics center is under way at Eldorado Parkway at Pecan. Currently under construction, this 18,850 square foot facility should be open for enrollment later this year.
Little Elm Medical and Retail Plaza
At Eldorado Parkway and Wynfield Drive, Little Elm Medical and Retail Plaza is currently under construction. This development is expected to have a Foot and Ankle Doctor, Chiropractor. And a Physical Rehab Center. There are additional retail spots available in this 17,137 square foot development.
