Alfonso Rodriguez has been a resident of Little Elm since February 2008. For over 15 years, he’s witnessed our town become a lakeside tourism destination for the greater DFW Metropolitan Area. Prior to residing in Little Elm, he lived in Las Vegas, NV for over 10 years.
Alfonso is currently serving as an Administration & Operations Director with Cristina’s Fine Mexican Restaurants. He supports 12 locations within the DFW market and leads all aspects of human resources, training & development, risk management and branch operations. During his servant leadership experience of over 20 years, Alfonso has worked within the food & beverage, hospitality, medical industries and municipal government.
Alfonso is blessed to have earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix and has proudly served our country onboard the U.S.S. Duluth (LPD-6) from 1990-1994.
During his time off, Alfonso enjoys CrossFit. He’s been an interpreter with the Little Elm Food Bank for over 7 years and plans to rekindle a hospice companion care ministry.
