Jennifer Eusse is the Economic Development Manager for the Little Elm Economic Development Corporation with over 17 years of experience in business management. As a former business owner, Jennifer has a passion for enhancing local economies with business retention and attraction. Her firsthand experience in running a business has equipped her with valuable insights into challenges and opportunities that entrepreneurs face. Her experience enables her to provide guidance and support to aspiring business owners, drawing from her own successes and lessons learned. Jennifer has played a vital role in growing the Little Elm Chamber of Commerce where she has successfully led initiatives that have enhanced member engagement, attract new members and promote our local businesses.
Jennifer attended Navarro College and University of North Texas where she has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Jennifer has completed Basic Economic Courses with the Texas Economic Development Council and is currently enrolled at The University of Oklahoma completing an Economic Development program. She plans to graduate in the Fall of 2025.
Jennifer started her career as a business owner in Denton County. She owned and operated a competitive cheerleading gym for 7 years where she was voted “Best in Denton” several years in a row. Jennifer also sold real estate and held positions in the public sector with City of Richardson and City of Denton.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Jennifer is an active member of several professional organizations, including Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, North Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives, and Texas Economic Development Council, where she stays informed of industry trends and best practices. She also volunteers with Keep Little Elm Beautiful, Secret Santa of Little Elm, Friends of the Little Elm Library, Rotary Club, and serves on the Friends of Little Elm ISD committee.
Jennifer and her family have lived in the Little Elm community since 2013. Originally from Denton, she has watched the Town of Little Elm develop into the community it is today. When not working, Jennifer enjoys spending time with friends and family. She spends many days on the lake which makes it more fitting that she has chosen Little Elm – The Town with the Lake Attitude to call home. Jennifer also enjoys training young cheerleaders in the sport of cheerleading which contribute to her holistic approach to life and work.
