Jeff Moore is a partner with the Dallas area law firm of Brown & Hofmeister, L.L.P. Mr. Moore has been with the firm since August of 2003 and specializes in municipal law. He represents Texas municipalities and Type A and Type B economic development corporations.
He has served as an Assistant Attorney General with the Texas Attorney General’s office and before joining the Texas Attorney General’s office, Mr. Moore was an assistant city attorney for the City of Austin from 1992 to 1999.
Since 2001, Mr. Moore has assisted the Texas Economic Development Council, State Comptroller’s office and the Office of the Attorney General with the Type A and Type B sales tax training seminars mandated by the Texas Legislature.
Mr. Moore earned a B.A. degree in Government at the University of Texas at Austin in 1987, and a J.D. degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 1991. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas.
