If you’re looking for something fun to do this summer without spending money, Little Elm is the place to be. We have plenty of activities for kids, adults, teenagers, and the whole family to enjoy. Here are some options for free summer fun in Little Elm.
The lake: Obviously the lake is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the summer sun. Little Elm is the Town with a lake attitude, and we have a variety of places where you can play on the lake. Our swim beach at Little Elm Park is the perfect place to sit out, bring a picnic, and take a dip. Just don’t forget your sunscreen!
The library: The Little Elm Public Library has a variety of activities for kids and great books for all ages to check out this summer. Whether you enjoy reading the latest hit books or taking your kids to movie screenings or book readings, the library is a great way to beat the heat and enjoy your time this summer. The entertainment: Every Friday night in June the Little Elm Chamber of Commerce sponsors entertainment by the lake. Bring your friends, family, and coolers and enjoy performances from local musicians. There will also be vendor booths for you to check out what Little Elm has to offer. The concert is from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Little Elm Amphitheater.
