Purpose
Catalyst was engaged by the Town of Little Elm to understand current and projected retail capacity in order to set expectations, in terms of forecasts and planning. This initiative developed a baseline of existing, planned, and commercial development for Little Elm, as well as research planned retail and residential projects that may impact retail capture for the Town of Little Elm. Utilizing historical and projected buildout data, the trade area and existing customer base are to be identified to examine the potential for retail absorption in the short, medium, and long-term.
