The Palladium Little Elm development highlights a commercial/retail building consisting of 6,000 SF at the corner of Main Street and El Dorado Parkway. The two-story building is designed to host retail and a restaurant to join Hula Hut, Towers Tap House, and Hydrous in the rapidly growing Lake Front area of Little Elm. Palladium Little Elm will also consist of a 242-unit apartment urban living community located on the remaining seven acres of the site. This new development will offer efficiency, one, and two bedroom units in two residential buildings. Palladium communities are developed to be luxurious and amenity-rich, having been designed with a resort-style feel. Specific project amenities include a swimming pool with spa and clubhouse, as well as a public pocket park and outdoor seating/kitchen area.
