Little Elm EDC Wins Award for Lakefront at Little Elm

The Little Elm Economic Development Corporation was selected as the Bronze Award recipient for the 2019 International Economic Development Council Excellence in Economic Development. The award-winning program was The Lakefront at Little Elm in the Multi-Year Economic Development, Population 25,000 - 200,000 category. Little Elm EDC Earns Top Recognition for Economic Excellence

The Little Elm Economic Development Corporation was selected as a recipient of the Texas Economic Development Council's annual Economic Excellence Recognition program for 2018. The award was presented on Thursday, February 21, 2019, at the TEDC's Legislative Conference in Austin, Texas. The Economic Excellence Recognition program provides recognition to economic development organizations that meet a desired threshold of professionalism. Recipients qualify for recognition based on training taken by their governing board/council as well as the economic development director and professional staff. For the fifth consecutive year, the Little Elm Economic Development Corporation has secured a spot on the Dallas Business Journals Book of Lists.
